An award winning Top Tier Legal 500 firm of solicitors, providing high quality, partner led services to both UK and international clients. Based in the West Midlands, Sydney Mitchell have offices in Birmingham City Centre, Shirley, Solihull, Sheldon and facilities in Sutton Coldfield.
The firm saw a negative ROI with performance delivered through a different digital agency and were in need of a fresh approach. With their allocated PPC budget, lead costs were high and enquiries were of low quality, which is by no means a good combination. The main focus areas were personal injury and immigration. In particular, the former is a very competitive niche where CPC's can easily reach £40 per click.
